XING Demon Revenge
DEMONS REVENGE consists of a lecture performance by Elizabeth Gabrielle Lee and Jade Meili Barget. The presentation salvages scraps of unworlding: dashcam footage, TikTok trends, atmospheric recordings and clips from revenge films.
The lecture performance envisions retribution as a radical act of dissolution and an aspirational form of transgression. DEMONS REVENGE is accompanied by a film program featuring works from Arlette Quynh-Anh Tran, Bassam Issa Al-Sabah & Jennifer Mehigan, and Jason Hendrik Hansma
